the 3-inch terrestrial globe made up of two sets of twelve chromolithographed half-gores, with moon-ball, mounted on lacquered-brass geared arm to candle-holder and silvered projector, atop a mahogany plinth base with polychrome enamelled circular scale graduated in English with compass points houses of the Zodiac and their sigils, days and months of the years with a brass compass basin and mechanical handle. 49cm width.
